GymTracker relies primarily on an Offline-First architecture; almost all health profiles, training splits, and nutrition histories are saved securely and locally on your physical device. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal health data to third parties. We enforce industry-standard security measures to safeguard data fragments shared for analytic logging or advertising purposes.
5. GDPR & International Compliance
For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or regions with matching regulatory frameworks:
- We explicitly use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to gather user consent before loading personalized advertisements.
- You retain the absolute right to access, correct, or delete your personal data records. You can instantly reset or clear all personal profile configurations and data points directly inside the App Settings screen.
6. Children’s Privacy
GymTracker is not intended or designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal profiling records from children. If we discover a sandbox breakthrough has occurred, we will immediately delete that information.
